To comply with OAR 333-019-1030 - “Teachers, school staff and volunteers may not teach, work, learn, study, assist, observe, or volunteer at a school unless they are fully vaccinated or have provided documentation of a medical or religious exception and the exception has been approved or accepted." Upon hire we will need to collect a copy of your COVID-19 Vaccination Card or evidence of a qualifying medical or religious exception from the mandate.
